The Ground Floor & Parking

Situated at the back of the West Wing at Alexander House, the Annexe has its own front door, up some (steep!) steps into the first floor living area, and 2nd floor sleeping areas.

The Annexe is only bookable with the main house for an extra 4 guests.

Up to the First Floor

Up the large outside staircase (18 steps, not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues) this leads you into your entrance hallway, somewhere to pop the muddy boots and hang up those coats and wet brollies!

Turn right into the cosy downstairs kitchen/dining/living room, with table to seat four, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, and comfy corner sofa facing a 50inch TV, with Sky and Sky Sports and large west facing windows - perfect to catch the amazing Alexander House sunsets, with stunning views across the Sidlaw Hills and Gleneagles Golf Courses laid out before you.

Upwards to the Second Floor

Up the stairs from the hallway to your sleeping area. You'e greeted by a large and comfortable landing with two cosy eaves beds tucked away for extra guests or perfect for the kids.

Off the landing is the light and bright gorgeous coombe-ceiling double or twin room with lots of natural light and a south facing eaves window.

The large bathroom is also off the top landing.

The dog can come too!

We are happy to take up to two well behaved dogs, by prior arrangement. There are many wonderful walks in the surrounding countryside.

Dog bowls and bed are provided.

Sorry no dogs are allowed in the yurts or bell tents.
